Conway Beam Truck Group has an immediate shipping and receiving opening! In this position the ideal candidate will provide prompt service with unloading incoming delivery trucks. Will also be verifying that everything received in part orders are accurate and in acceptable condition, putting away daily incoming stock orders, and will be responsible for helping customers with loading their parts orders when needed.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Receiving incoming/packages, verifying contents, matching orders and quantities, sorting and putting way stock, setting aside and notifying salesmen of special order/overnight order arrivals.
• Packaging and shipping outgoing packages and freight through 3rd party carriers.
• Help pull customer orders/help load customer orders in delivery vehicles and/or customer orders.
• Inventory cycle counts.
• Various maintenance around Parts Department.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Vocational or Technical Training in the automotive field is preferred.

· Valid NYS drivers’ license free from major infractions required.

· Previous experience in an automotive parts department desirable.

· Ability to prepare routine shipping paperwork and perform computer data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
