Chattanooga, TN

American Display & Fixture (ADF) a division of Marketing Alliance Group (MAG) is seeking a Parts Inventory Control Clerk. This position will report to Wood Shop Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations
• Verifies clerical inventory records against physical inventory counts
• Monitor and track all damaged product in inventory
• Manage cycle counts of raw material on hand on a regular basis
• Check parts to assure they are completed, and appropriate transactions take place
• Receive raw material deliveries
• Enter inventory into tracking system
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by department manager
• Needs to be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Follows safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

• A combination of education and experience that is the equivalent of 1+ years in manufacturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient user of MS Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work is performed in warehouse environment and requires the use of PPE at all times while on production floor.

Hours

• Monday - Friday: 7am-3:30pm
