Winnebago Towables has an immediate need for an experienced candidate to fill a Parts Advisor position for our Elkhart, Indiana location.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate part sales and support to Winnebago’s dealer and customer base via email and phone.
- Order and track parts for retail, service, and warranty needs
- Engage in continual product training to keep up with industry trends
- Daily use of computer systems to manage inventory and order parts
Qualifications and Experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities quickly
- Must have intermediate computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts is preferred
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
