Parts Administrator - Savage, MN

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Parts Administrator to join its team at its Savage, Minnesota location. In this role, you will be responsible for customer part sales support, customer and vendor parts claims & credits, back-order support, daily stock orders, reman core returns, freight bill review and reconciliation, purchase order and invoice problem reconciliation, promotional material – ordering and maintenance, and other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

• Submit, process, and maintain all vendor and customer returns and claims
• Submit, process, and maintain all remanufactured core component returns
• Process freight/parcel bills (this includes UPS, FedEx, Speedee, and any LTL carriers and miscellaneous vendors) and ship direct invoices
• Issue purchase orders for stock orders (daily and weekly) and maintain the status of these orders
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Experience in the heavy construction parts industry is preferred.
• Organizational (physically and digitally, time management, & planning)
• Effectively communicate
• Excellent customer service
• Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
• Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
• Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
