Rooted In Dane LLC is recruiting a Support Staff/Caregiver to support an individual both in the home and in the community. The individual is strongly motivated by helping other people but needs the guidance and supervision of another person to ensure safety. Looking for a staff who will support the person with learning independent living skills and promoting opportunities to socialize. The individual has a puppy that will be going through Canine Good Citizen training with the end goal of visiting the local nursing home to engage with the citizens. In addition to the puppy there are other dogs in the home. In search of an easygoing staff who is available 2-4 days a week to work 3-4hr shifts with this amazing individual.

Staff requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Valid driving insurance
• Vaccinated and boosted
• Ability to pass a background check successfully

Rooted In Dane’s role is to assist the Participant or Legal Guardian with recruiting a direct care worker. The Participant or Legal Guardian has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
