What you'll do...
As a Retail Store Associate you will be part problem solver, part decision-maker. You are enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, and have the ability to anticipate the needs of others while inspiring customers to buy.
Your daily activities include greeting and connecting with customers from many different countries, in the safety of an international airport terminal -- while assisting them throughout the full purchasing and checkout and process and delivering an outstanding retail experience.
- Welcome customers and provide concierge-type service during their visit
- Perform opening and closing cash-handling duties as required
- Perform various housekeeping duties on the sales floor as assigned
- Ensure merchandise is neat and attractively displayed
- Adhere to asset protection and inventory control and compliance procedures
Minimum Qualifications…
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed companywide and personal sales goals
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Speak a second language (preferred)
