Part-Time Residential/Activities Support Staff

- Sat & Sun 8am-6pm

- Fri 4pm-11pm / Sat & Sun 2pm-10pm
OR

- Sat/Sun 2pm-10pm & Mon 4pm-10:30pm

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Resp onsibilities
-
Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activities
-
Encourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who aren’t participating in the planned activities
-
Support residents in their recovery plans and goals
-
Fill in for our Lodge Advisors as needed
-
Provides support in crisis management
-
Completing documentation
-
Assists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administration
Qualifications
-
Candidates should be over 21 years old to be cleared to be on company’s driver insurance
-
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to be determined by a Motor Vehicle Report
-
Experience working with adults coping with mental health challenges preferred
-
Experience working in a residential setting preferred, but not required
-
Interpersonal skills and ability to exercise good judgement
-
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies

Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
