POSITION: PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

We202, is a South Florida based all wireless EMS boutique fitness studio. We have been operating for almost four years providing the latest and most innovative form of EMS to enhance our clients lives and fitness goals. This revolutionary system is unlike other EMS systems and studios which usually require the client to be hooked up to a machine while wearing an EMS suit with cables. Our system is completely wireless, allowing our clients to enjoy complete fitness and engage in different types of training in and outside of our studio. We offer cardio classes on different cardio equipment as well as functional training on our floor area, where clients use their own body and/or a number of other simple training equipment that we provide in our studio.

This is an exciting field that has been used for many years by medical professionals and athletes alike but is now becoming more accessible to fitness goers and people looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle. This wireless EMS system along with our exclusive protocols and training experience allow our clients to achieve significant results! We offer private and semi-private training classes of max 10 people. A typical workout session consists of a 5-minute warm up, 20 minutes of repeated tense and relax cycles, and a 5-minute cool down. We are a fast-growing company looking to educate people on the power of wireless EMS to enhance their lives and offering them a community of trainers and fellow EMS goers for sustainable fitness and wellness changes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically. (On the phone and at our studio)
• Stay on top of schedules, member requests and/or questions, and everyday tasks at the studio.
• Create a friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere for guests and other team members alike.
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members.
• Educate potential clients and existing clients on benefits of existing training modalities and additional modalities as they are introduced.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Work closely with studio team and trainers to ensure that processes are being executed in the best way possible.
• Work closely with our trainers to maintain the fitness areas clean, neat, and ready for each class.
• Attend and participate in training programs, social media promotions, and outside events.
• Participate in occasional wireless EMS workouts within our studio to really understand the ins and outs of our training system.
• Be able to understand client’s expectations and/or concerns when it comes to our wireless EMS system and studios since it is a relative new form of training.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior Health & fitness knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and able to contribute to a positive experience for each member or guest.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, ability to learn quickly and apply relative practices.
• Ability and motivation to learn and use our existing software system as well as any new software systems that may be implemented.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
• Flexibility with schedule, if necessary, on certain dates.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Evening shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
