- Meet preventative maintenance and safety programs as per company policies and standards.
- Inspect, clean and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities including the removal of trash
- Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs
- Inspect grounds, amenities, units and buildings regularly reporting any unusual or potential risks regarding the property or residents to Site Manager and submittal of required reports/forms.
- Observe all Fair Housing rules and regulations in both the letter and spirit of the laws
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company; maintaining maintenance storage area/areas.
