We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

*Sign-on bonus of up to $300 for Full-Time employees paid in three installments of $100 after being employed for 30, 60 and 90 days and up to $150.00 for Part Time Employees, paid in three installments of $50 after being employed for 30, 60 and 90 days. Payments will stop if employment ends before the completion of 30, 60 or 90 days. **

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition
• Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
• Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision
• Complete necessary trainings as required

Requirements:

• Some experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
