The right candidate for this position will be responsible for serving as a first point of contact for customers, responding to inquires/requests, resolving customer issues, and delivering excellent service through inbound phone calls. YOUR Schedule:

Careington is seeking candidates that are preferably available to work a 4- or 5-hour shift starting between 12pm-7pm (CST) Monday through Thursday, available to work 20 to 28 hours per week. This position requires a consecutive 2-week training period from 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm (CST), Monday through Friday. Your set training schedule will be communicated prior to orientation.

The Role:

• Starting pay - $15.00/hour. Employment + Earned Paid Time Off (PTO) & Company match 401k!
• Work from your State of Texas location with our company provided equipment, training, and software.
• Manage high-volume inbound service calls
• A professional, helpful phone manner and the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
• Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
• A good understanding of quality customer service principles is necessary for this position
• Meet all company goals for Quality Assurance and Schedule Adherence

Education, experience and software:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have the desire to help others and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills and experience with MS applications - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Must provide in-home INTERNET/WIFI that meets Careington's connectivity standards
