Work directly with a culvers owner We are family owned, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who will work the line with you and we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Competitive pay Up to $18/HR for Adults & Up to $15/HR for Minors (This is all dependent on previous work). We hold Annual reviews that incentivize traits such as flexibility, coachability and accountability. Along with competitive paychecks there's always Room to grow, into one of our crew leader position or even a Manager! You will also have access to our scholarship program to help continue your education!

No experience is necessary We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

Physical requirements Stand & Walk constantly, Lift/Carry 10# to 50# occasionally. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards outlined in the handbook.
