ITCube Solutions Inc having office at 10999 Reed Hartmann Hwy, Suite 134, Cincinnati, OH 45242 USA is looking to hire a Part Time consultant. This position requires a consultant who will work as ‘Office Assistant’ & report to Contact Person in India. Consultant is expected to attend office at least twice a week (working hours - max. 15 to 20 hours/week).

This position will help us with:

· To maintain physical files for the documents like – sales invoices, expense vouchers, Amex statements, bank statements, etc & also send their scan copies to Contact Person in India.

· To maintain physical files for Tax Returns, CAT Returns, any statutory documents, payroll statements & also send their scan copies to Contact Person in India.

· To co-ordinate with ITCube’s Tax Consultants & Ohio Tax Authorities, Banks wrt time lines & any pending matters.

· To deposit checks in bank. To give/post checks to vendors.

· To post basic expense entries in Quick books. (Preferred but not mandatory)

· To work / co-ordinate with timings of Contact Person in India.

What you should have:

· Commerce background preferable. (Knowledge of Quick Books is added qualification)

· Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Computer literacy

· A can-do attitude

· Working Hours – 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
