Brevard Adult Education in Cocoa, FL is seeking a Part Time Adult Education Logistics Career Pathway Teacher for our students. The ideal candidate for the Part Time Logistics Career Pathway Teacher would have experience teaching and full-time experience in manufacturing and/or logistics.

The Logistics Career Pathway Teacher position is 3 hours per day, 3 nights per week for 10 months.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be eligible for FLDOE or Direct Vocational Certification
• Six years of verifiable and closely related full-time experience required in manufacturing and/or logistics
• MSSC CLA/CLT certification is preferred

Please note salary is based on verifiable years of teaching experience as per District guidelines.

In November, Brevard County voters showed their support for Brevard Public Schools by approving a millage increase with the revenue being used to increase employee compensation, student programs, and technology. The millage will last for four years unless extended by voters, with 80% set aside for employee compensation (based on years of service), 16% set aside for student programs, and 4% set aside for technology.
