We are looking for a Part Time Administrative Receptionist to work in our Denver, CO office. Job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain office services and systems by developing effective and efficient office operations and procedures; manage supply purchases in coordination with the corporate office; monitor the maintenance of office equipment, copiers, printers, and computers; and assist the Director of Information Technology with resolution of specific intra-office information technology issues/matters.
  • Perform clerical functions such as answering phones, interacting with clients, scheduling appointments or business trips, making copies, filing documents, and kitchen duties as needed.
  • Interface with Denver office facilities management.
  • Coordinate on-site and remote recruiting interviews. Assist in office orientation for new staff.
  • Handle ad hoc issues, work on special administrative projects, provide support for the resolution of miscellaneous day-to-day matters, and complete other miscellaneous administrative functions.
Requirements:


  • 3 years’ administrative/receptionist experience in professional office environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week with occasional unscheduled overtime
