Job Description:

• Actively corresponding to the requests from our agencies and customers regarding billing, premium payment status, and so on.

• Processing the payment of premium in an accurate and timely manner.

• General Office Administration.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting Major Preferred) or equivalent professional work experience.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software.

• Must be able to input, update and extract data in our database system.

• Accurate & on-time work processing skills and excellent communication skills.

• Capability to build and maintain positive relationships through teamwork.

• Experiences in the insurance industry preferred but not required.

• Fluent bilingual preferred (English/Korean)

Compensation:

Mon-Fri 9AM-3:00PM (5 working hours with 1 hour lunch)

$20.00/hour

Other qualification:

Must be authorized to work in the United States
