Job description
Seasonal Park and Recreation Operators serve as essential members of our Parks team, provide “back up” during the extremely busy summer season. Park & Rec Operators help with:
- Mowing and weedeating park properties (Primary Task)
- Maintaining, constructing, and/or repairing various facilities
- Operating various equipment to maintain facilities
- Assisting with city-wide park events
- Promoting a positive image of Sapulpa Parks and the City of Sapulpa
- Providing information and assisting park patrons
- Accepting rotations with “On-Call” responsibilities outside of regular business hours
Sapulpa Parks maintains fifteen facilities including parks, two lakes, an aquatic center, recreation center, multiple sports complexes, and a senior community center totaling over 400 acres.
