Job Title: Panel Wirer
Pay Rate: $18/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Hingham, MA
Shift: 6:45 am-3:15 pm
Candidate must be able to: read electrical schematic/wiring diagrams, wire panels with wire size 18 AWG to 1/0 AWG, use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, etc., use air driven screwdrivers, set and use correctly torque wrenches, read and use a measuring tape with accuracy and communicate in English Minimum.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work in a team on complex tasks and get the tasks completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to read and understand wiring and assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
- Ability to build electrical panels using proper power tools and hardware.
- Detail-oriented to ensure proper assembly work is done in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to work daily/weekend overtime as required to meet shop demands.
- Knowledge of safe working practices.
- One year experience in wiring panels or electrical equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to read and write English.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to operate basic hand or power tools.
- The ability to solder is a plus, but not required.
- High School Education or GED equivalent
- Technical training preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Hingham, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
