Job description
SUMMARY
Paints parts to meet customer and internal quality requirements by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Paints parts consistent to customer and internal quality needs.
Applies powder per recommended standard mill thickness, per instructions on the paint line monitor or quality sign off sheet.
Maintains equipment in top working condition and clean at all times.
Cleans paint booth and guns to ensure there is no color transfer.
Keeps surrounding work are clean and clear of powder.
Follows paint line monitor instructions on proper powder color and application.
Helps other department employees as needed when there are no parts to paint or when line has stopped.
Cleans and organizes work area.
