Position: Painter
Pay Rate: $19-$22/hr depending on experience
Schedule: 7:00am-4:30pm Monday- Friday
Job Description of Painter:
Painting of vacant units primarily focusing on interior and exterior painting.
Job Duties of Painter:
-Use roller, brush, and spray gun.
- 1+ years paint experience.
- Drive company vehicle from one location to the next
Must be able able to work independently and with a team. Must also be able grasp instructions immediately and drive.
Some tools required. Safety goggles and gloves provided. Some overtime may be available.
