Experienced powder coat painters only.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare parts for coating
- Paint parts with spray gun as they move along a conveyor belt
- Follow all principles and practices of powder coating application
- Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
- Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance
- Load and unload parts or product onto fixtures
- Set up and safely operate all production equipment while maintaining set quality standards which meet or exceed customer standards
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-3 years’ experience in powder coating
- Ability to understand basic mechanical and manufacturing techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
