- Apply various type of paint and primers in accordance with customer requirements
- Prepare various types of Substrates (plastic, metal) for the painting process
- Apply various types of paints and primer in accordance to Military specification
- Mix various types of primers and paints in accordance with specification
- Understand Mil- spec practices
- Obtain quality standards and DFT requirements
- Perform touch paint\spot painting
- Follow daily production schedule
- Obtain daily production objectives through the methods of complying with job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour)
- Complete all required documentation
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain and clean all equipment in accordance with department SOP’s
- Perform rework processes as required
- Recognize and correct non conformances
