We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) experienced overnight paint supervisor to join our family operated busines and we offer benefits!. The job is to manage multiple projects at a time, within close proximity to each other. Pay based experience.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with team, project manager and owner of project site at all times.
Coordinate getting team together each night and onto the job sites.
Problem solving ability to approach any issues efficiently and safely.
Gather and prepare necessary information, tools, materials and items needed to complete assigned projects.
Knowledge in surface prep, such as cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, bondo, patching, priming, base painting of surfaces and ability to demonstrate to team.
Knowledge in various high performance paint products and the ability to demonstrate to team the correct way and ratio of mixing products.
Clean up each project site at the end of every shift, such as pick up plastic/paper, remove all tape, collect all supplies and materials.
Understands and follows all health and safety guidelines.
Performs other duties as tasked.
Work day, evening or weekend shifts when necessary.

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
Osha 10 or 30 (Preferred)
Lift Training (Preferred)

Other:
A background check to be completed prior to hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.98 per hour
