  • Serve as the primary client POC for certain campaigns, overseeing, relaying, and contextualizing performance metrics and reporting.
  • Work with the DCG creative team to develop paid media assets including but not limited to display, video, and other ad formats as required, with support and oversight from the DCG paid media lead and campaign communications team.
  • Engage with and vet potential vendors and manage invoicing and campaign budget tracking, ensuring effective use of taxpayer funds to support campaign activities.
  • Support DCG program and project managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly, effectively, and transparently.
  • Support business development and client engagement activities to build DCG’s paid media practice.
  • Develop white papers and capability statements, and technical volumes for proposals as time and experience allow.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing owned, earned, and/or paid communications strategies.
  • Experience supporting communications campaigns with a paid media component is preferred.
  • Proven ability to present reporting and recommendations to clients, building relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong consulting and business writing skills to support the development of written strategies and other deliverables.
  • Strong business skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, and editing capabilities.
  • Strong Excel skills are highly desirable. Experience with Google Analytics and/or other digital media measurement and monitoring tools preferred.
  • Possess a high degree of professionalism, both with client and internal team communications and interactions.
