Must Haves
Minimum of 1 year of hospital based PACU experience. Preferably at a Level 1 trauma center but not a necessity.
Must have a good comfort level with critically ill, ICU level of care patients.
Must have current experience with Epic.
Some experience traveling.
BLS and ACLS

Insight Global Health is looking for PACU Nurses for one of our large Level 1 Trauma Center clients in the Cincinnati, OH area!
The PACU RN promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The RN utilizes knowledge derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate culturally based and age specific patient care.
Shifts:
All shifts are 12 hours with start times from 0530 all the way through 1100. We also have vacancies on night shift, so our travelers may rotate into a 1900-0730 shift during the schedule. Week night call is required and may be 2 or 3 4 hour blocks during a 6 week schedule. Times are 2300 - 0300 or 0300 - 0700. The weekend requirement is every 3rd weekend roughly and may be call or having to come in to work a shift. It depends on if there are vacancies on the weekend.
