Packer/Utility Worker – Bushnell, IL
ARCHER DANIELS MIDLAND (ADM) – Human Nutrition
This is a full-time hourly position.

Hourly rate: $22.21 plus appropriate differentials
Schedule: This is a 3rd shift position; regular weekend work will be required.

ADM is a leader in global nutrition, unlocking the power of nature to envision, create and combine ingredients and flavors for food, beverages, supplements, and more. The Bushnell facility manufactures plant-based protein products.

As a Packer/Utility worker you will

· Set up the packer with correct information to fill and seal bags according to schedule

· Fill bags, sacks and boxes of product

· Ensure bags and sacks are the correct weight and have the correct information.

· Assemble, fill, sample and haul totes or super sacks.

· Take magnet samples and deliver to lab

· Clean bins, legs, conveyors, Sweco, dumper and packer

· Complete proper documentation

· Set up jet printers with correct information

· Operate control panel board

· Follow Good Manufacturing Practices

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Complete all required housekeeping duties per the master sanitation schedule

· Follow all facility Good Manufacturing Practices

· Comply with all OSHA and FDA requirements

· Contribute to continuous improvement within the facility. Other duties as assigned

This position will require that you be able to

- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
- Stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Occasionally work in a confined space.
- Work in varying temperatures and in a facility that is not climate controlled.
- Sometimes wear a respirator.
