Summary
Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time, Monday-Friday. 7:00a-3:30p, Product Pack-Out Lead responsible for assembling the various gift packs and pack out inserts in the distribution of Rug Doctor machines and products at our Fenton, MO facility.

Essential Functions
- Assembling a range of product pack-out kits
- Distinguish different products for each pack-out being assembled
- Assist in keeping all needed supplies stocked and organized as set by the Supervisor
- May operate material handling equipment, including vacuum lift
- Operate forklift as needed
- Participates in inventory cycle counts
- Promote a positive and cohesive work environment
- Handle miscellaneous related duties and assignments as required

Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certifiable with valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Microsoft Office skills (a plus)
- Detail oriented with good basic mathematical aptitude and memory retention
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Organizational skills with attention thoroughness and accuracy with good communication, written and verbal skills
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude with the ability to work well with others
- Good attendance with ability to work as scheduled and work overtime as needed
- Ability to perform all duties safely & use discretion to prevent injuries
Physical Demands
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
- Must be physically fit enough to regularly bend, stoop, move from ground level to higher levels, raise/lift from ground level and lift up to 50 lbs., and manually transport a load up to 75 lbs
