Job description

We’re looking for a responsible, reliable Part-Time Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and prepare for transition into the next day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations, however, the Night Auditor's primary task is running the end of day reports, ensuring their accuracy, then filing and sending to the correct locations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk operations running smoothly overnight. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) you will be our full-time Night Auditor's relief. The hours for this position are 10pm-8am. Experience is not required but is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Reconcile end of day reports and investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
