- This is a part time, weekend position - Saturday & Sunday 12am-8am
- Pay rate is $18/HR
- Location: Lexington, MA
Duties:
- Access control
- Interior and Exterior patrols
- Assist in minor maintenance related issues such as TV setting issues, circuit breaker reset, smoke detector battery changes.
- Apartment lock outs, package deliveries to apartments and other minor events
- Reporting major maintenance issues
- Alarm and medical emergency response
- CCTV monitoring
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
- Walking/standing for long periods of time
- Flexible work availability
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
