Job description
Overnight Security Supervisor (Dispatch/Field)
You will work closely and directly under the Operations & Patrol Team
You will be working with clients, employees, and the public
Must be able to maintain professionalism and integrity for SecurityRI
Training new and leading existing guards will be an essential part of this position
Providing ongoing coaching / leadership efforts, ensuring output of existing guards is reaching SecurityRI / client requirements

Multi-task / maintain composure – When problems arise
Ensuring officer assigned is carrying out the duties of current post order, issued all needed site tools & coached on how to utilize the tools.
Ongoing coaching/tweaking of duties & site approach as needed
Monitoring / Ensuring officers are clocking in & out every shift (leveraging our technology software). Addressing/dispatching to a location with trend of missed punch-ins
Monitoring hourly safety checks – (hourly GPS)
Real-time - Problem-Solving Skills
Leadership Skills
Effective Coaching and discipline personnel as appropriate; works effectively with patrol team members & company management to vet current & new officers.
Effective Communication Skills
Ongoing retraining of any officers within the field based on assessment of performance (monitored weekly, use best judgement to determine if retraining is necessary – Preventative Maintenace).
Documentation skills
Flexibility with Availablity as there may be times when hours can change slightly based of current weeks forecasted needs
Technical Skills
Overseeing all officers' electronic reports
Managing & monitoring all officer's QR scan points
Ongoing Client relations
Experience working with Microsoft Office Products, Security Software and CRM system (Client Database)
