The Key Program is currently seeking Overnight Awake Shiftworkers for its residential group home located in Methuen , MA that serves up to nine adolescent females referred by DCF. The available schedule for this position will based on a 45+ week (five days at 9 hours a day) Overnight from 11pm to 8am. ** ALL SHIFTWORKERS MUST REMAIN AWAKE AND ALERT AT ALL TIMES**

• Hourly wage: $21 per hour
• $3000 Hiring Bonus. (To be paid out at $1500 at 3 months and $1500 at 6 months of employment)

• High school diploma required
  College coursework and one-year of relevant experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid state driver’s license and legally registered and insured car for work use
• Due to the nature of the work and client needs, Overnight Awake Shiftworker must have the ability to work overnight shifts from 11pm to 8am (approximately) which include weekends and some holidays.

• Remain AWAKE throughout the overnight hours.
• Be a positive role model for the children and adolescents
• Work in teams of two to supervise and monitor the youth
• Provide behavior management
• Assist in morning routine including waking youth to prepare for school and transportation to school
