Pay starts at $18.00 an hour.

We are looking for fun, high-energy, and dedicated staff to work with our individuals during the day. The hours will be 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. You would work roughly 25 - 35 hours during that time. We spend 100% of our days in the community. We supervise clients on trips to Lagoon, watching movies, going swimming, taking small hikes, trips to the zoo, rides on Frontrunner, and more. Staff teach clients life skills and assist them in meaningful interactions in the community.

Responsibilities

Staff will be responsible for the supervision of young adults. Safety is always our #1 priority. Part of the job is picking up individuals and transporting them to and from activities. The most crucial part of the job is positive interaction with all of the clients in the program. We serve individuals from Draper to Clearfield. We are currently hiring for our Davis County program.

• Ability to transport 1-3 clients in your own vehicle

• Assist clients with daily living activities

• Communicate progress on ongoing support goals

• Maintain a fun, healthy, and comfortable living environment

Qualifications

• 18 Years or Older
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to obtain First Aid and CPR training within 30 days
• Clean Driving Record (please contact us for details)
• Experience helpful but not required
