A Facility of the Deerfield Park District
The Outside Services Associate assists guests in starting golf rounds on time, signing out golf carts with accuracy and rangering and understanding pace of play as needed. They also assist in setting up and enhancing golf outing experiences. This role is a fun fast paced position where no one day is the same and building relationships with co-workers and guests are common. Applicants with charisma, some golf knowledge and a great smile should apply.

We are looking for:

Part Time (Seasonal) Golf Outside Services Associates who can work anywhere from 18-36 hours per week hours in a spring, summer or fall seasonal role.
Pay rate starts at $13.50 (Complimentary Golf Included as a benefit)
Essential Functions Include:

• Meet and greet each guest when they enter the property and when they complete their round or practice session. Provide golf “bag drop” services to guest as needed.
• Maintain our fleet of golf carts in the manner set forth within our policies.
• Must be able to print, view and keep the starters time sheets and the daily sign in sheets in an orderly manner. Inform golfers of day’s rules and any oddities related to play.
• Assists with weekly cart fueling, cleaning and range basket retrieval.
• Become proficient in the operation of the To The Green GPS golf cart system,
• Work as a team with all facility staff & answer all guest question and concerns.
• When applicable this position may be responsible for securing/arming the clubhouse.
