Bright Futures Therapeutic Services of Twinsburg, Ohio, is a multi-specialty clinic dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our clients and families in a comfortable, sensory-friendly environment. We are growing our team to include a part time therapist who is passionate about their work, committed to learning and growth, and excited to think outside the box to meet the needs of their clients. A focus of our practice is providing services to neurodivergent individuals. As such, we are committed to neurodiversity-affirming practices and require our team to be always open and listening to the communities we serve.

Job Role: Clinical Therapist

Requirements: Master’s degree

· Independent Licensure in the state of Ohio (LISW, LPC, PsyD, etc.)

· Minimum 3-5 years' experience preferred

· Must be committed to client-centered, neurodiversity affirming practices.

Job Responsibilities:

· Complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments as required

· Provide individual therapy services for children, adolescents, and their families

· Complete all documentation within the electronic health record, meeting all productivity and clinical requirements

· Complete all tasks within ethical standards of conduct and in compliance with HIPAA regulations and guidelines

Our practice also provides parent trainings and support groups, peer groups for children and teens, and summer camps. Staff within the practice will have the opportunity to facilitate these groups if they choose. (These hours are paid at a higher rate, depending on the size of the group.)

Schedule Requirements: This job requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week once the caseload is established. Due to the population we serve, some evenings and/or weekends will be required to meet expected productivity.

Pay Rate and Benefits: Hourly rate is $60 per hour.

Indirect time is paid at the rate of $20 per hour. This includes company required trainings and staff meetings. Administrative time is paid at the rate of one hour per five clinical hours completed.
