Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club is currently seeking an Outdoor Pursuits Attendant to assist and supervise the members and guests with our recreational programs.

Being part of the Outdoor Pursuits team means helping create unforgettable outdoor experiences for the members and guests! You will facilitate and supervise activities ranging from hunting and fishing to axe throwing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests and team members.
• Responsible for ensuring all activities are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Have expert knowledge of all equipment related to recreational activities and amenities and ability to demonstrate or train others on safe and effective usage.
• Responsible for the set up, supervision and instructional guidance/safety for the Outdoor Pursuits activity stations.
• Continue to create and innovate amenities and experiences offered.
• Provide daily information and updates on activities that are being utilized.
  
• Provide a fun and positive environment for members, guests and team members.
• Report and record any or all incidents or accidents that happen on-site.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
• Expert knowledge of indoor and outdoor recreational activities and sports/fitness programs.
• CPR Certification required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
