Outbound Customer Service Representative - Remote
Job description
Faneuil is immediately hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to train and work from home! This is an outbound CSR position; agents must be comfortable making outbound calls with the purpose of scheduling in-home health assessments.
This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Successful representatives will possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
Representatives will handle a high volume of outbound calls placed by the telephony system to Medicare and/or Medicaid health plan members to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home health risk evaluation. Representatives will also receive inbound customer calls to schedule appointments and/or perform other customer service activities as required.
You'll earn bonuses for every appointment that is scheduled! Your base hourly rate is $12.75 per hour, and your total hourly rate (base + bonus) can average up to $18.75 per hour. Additional daily bonuses and incentives are available.
- Previous call center experience
- Outbound calling and/or Sales aptitude is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer navigation and data entry skills, and experience with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to perfect attendance to all training and nesting hours for 3 weeks, Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm Eastern Time
- Ability to work an assigned shift during the hours of operation between Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time, and Saturday-Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm Eastern Time
