We are looking for an *On-Site Orthodontic Front Desk / Call Center Specialist* to join our team in Ashburn, VA

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls on-site in a high volume call center
• Provide exceptional service and education to patients and callers
• Discuss patient finances and insurance details
• Correspond with Dental Insurance Companies on behalf of the patient
• Schedule and following up with patients

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
