Position Description
The Orientation and Engagement Specialist coordinates AU Health System orientation and engagement programs. The Specialist partners with other HR professionals as well as health system staff to ensure engagement, discount, and orientation programs are both effective and meaningful. This will require a strong background in coordination and facilitation of programs and events.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree: Business, HR, Education or related field and 1 year or more of experience in human resources, training, project management and/or event planning. Skill(s) required: Proficient with MS Office products. Excellent verbal/written communications. Collaborative, interpersonal skills. Time management, project management. Project planning, organizational skills. Presentation skills. Confidentiality. Works independently and in a team environment. Detail-orientated; flexible.
Preferred Requirements
Master's Degree: MBA, HR. Learning management system experience. Training and learning/development background. Corporate-level employee engagement program experience. Creation and and implementation of programs. Project management system experience. Survey system(s) experience.
