• Process sales orders in company system and see them through to completion
• Review pending order reports and work proactively to resolve payment and shipping issues
• Set up new accounts in company system including all necessary business information, shipping requirements and personnel contacts
• Follow routing instructions for key accounts including ordering price tickets, creating carton labels and filing Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN)
• Update and maintain product information in wholesale ordering portals
• Support sales director and external sales reps by providing timely and accurate information and solutions as requested
• Process claims, credits and replacements as relates to quality and damaged shipments
• Coordinate professionally with other teams such as Finance, Operations and Warehouse to ensure situations are addressed.
• Develop an understanding of our brand, products and policies to better service our wholesale customers.
• Manage sample and catalog distribution to external sales reps to support new launches and trade shows
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement

• 2+ Experience in an operational, customer service, account management role and/or experience in a support position within a wholesale environment.
• Understanding of wholesale ordering platforms such as Brandwise, Pharos and Faire
• Experience with data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Customer focused with exceptional problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience with NetSuite a plus
