We are currently seeking Project Coordinator to join our WT Shade Sales Team. Qualified candidates will use proficient project management skills to effectively assist the inside and outside sales representatives with all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to; enter orders, partial shipments, remake orders, etc. regarding company products, terms, delivery dates and other data, in order to maximize sales result for the company. This position is based out of our office in Charlotte, NC.
What you will do:

• Work directly with customers to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain orders in a timely manner.

• Communicate effectively with the sales team and account managers on project entry details.

• Motivation to achieve business objectives and high customer satisfaction.

• Being a product expert for the purpose of reducing order entry errors.

• Use/Knowledge of operating system including but not limited to WSS, NetSuite and Experlogix.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• College degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
