ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

HIRING DEPARTMENTS: Eye Clinic

The Clinical Optometrist is responsible for providing eye care to patients at the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation (TCRHCC) service unit (includes Tuba City, AZ & Sacred Peaks facilities in _ Flagstaff, AZ)._

• Diagnosis of visual and ocular problems
• Treatment of visual, ophthalmic, and related disorders
• Provision of emergency eye care including diagnosis and treatment
• Referrals of patients requiring medical or surgical services
• Provision of care to inpatients consistent with clinical privileges

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Doctor of Optometry Degree (OD)
• Therapeutic pharmaceutical level optometry license
• Completed an accredited optometry residency program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $126,691.00 - $187,796.00 per year
