Morganton Eye Physicians, P.A., a multi-specialty ophthalmic practice located in Western North Carolina, is seeking an Optometrist to join our busy comprehensive practice. Founded in 1974, Morganton Eye Physicians, P.A. serves patients drawn from a ten (10) county region of the State. The practice operates five (5) clinic locations and two (2) State-licensed/Medicare-credentialed outpatient surgery centers. Our provider team includes eleven (11) board-certified ophthalmologists and seven (7) State-licensed optometrists.
Optometric services were first established by the practice in 1992. The successful candidate will join our optometric team providing a full range of primary and medical eye care services. The optometrist will work closely with colleagues in ophthalmology delivering state-of-the-art medical and surgical management and care. Enjoy a busy practice working in modern facilities equipped with the latest diagnostic technologies. Each of our clinics feature a full service optical shop and contact lens department. The anticipated schedule will include rotation among 1-2 clinic locations weekly seeing 20-30 patients per day. You will have the support of an experienced team of technical assistants and administrative personnel ready to aid in all phases of patient care and practice management.
