Option Counselors are needed for positions due to our continued growth! Salary commensurate with applicable experience. Extensive training program conducted to achieve case management certification. Benefits package includes health insurance, 37.5 hour work week Monday - Friday, no "On Call", and 12 paid holidays!

To become Case Management Certified you must complete the Indiana Family and Social Services Requirements.

All applicants must meet the case management certification Required Education degree and/or work experience as criteria is set by the State and not open to negotiation.

Position is short-term case management. You will be working in a phone loop system taking referrals. In home assessments provided within the nine county area we serve.

Location

AIHS is located at 8101 W. Jefferson Blvd in Southwest Fort Wayne. Case Management services are also provided in clients' residences. You may visit agency and fill out an application Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
