We're looking for an outgoing, patient-oriented and meticulous optician for our small but busy office in Mountain View, California. One doctor office, no Saturdays or evening appointments.

- Heavy VSP practice, so familiarity with billing on Eyefinity preferred.
- ABO certification not required but would be great!
- Must be comfortable with computerized office management systems (knowledge of Compulink is a plus, but not required).
This position will involve all aspects of optometric office and optical dispensing and management, including:
- Direct patient interaction in person, by telephone, and via email.
- Frame styling.
- Recommending and educating patients about lens options.
- VSP billing, pulling authorizations.
- Frame vendor interaction and ordering.
- Patient scheduling.
- Ordering glasses, confirming prescriptions prior to dispensing, dispensing, and frame adjustments for patient as needed.
- Ordering contact lenses.
- Office cleanliness and COVID prevention.
- Pretesting patients.
