Hope Christian Health Center is a non-profit, faith-based organization operating two clinics in North Las Vegas and The HCHC Recuperating Care Center in Las Vegas.

The HCHC RCC is a 38 bed in patient program that offers primary care, case management, wound care, and other supportive services to clients who are homeless made possible through partnership with the City of Las Vegas.

Our mission is to glorify God as we demonstrate Christ's love to the Las Vegas community by providing excellent, affordable care to everyone regardless of their ability to pay.

JOB SUMMARY: The Operations worker participates in the delivery of excellent medical services in a patient centered medical home environment with an emphasis on the prevention of disease. The Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for keeping the facility clean, organized and disinfected .

Tuesday-Thursday 7pm-6am and Saturday-Sunday 5am-10am

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Clean the interior of the facility including floors, walls, windows, employee and patient bathrooms, employee breakroom, and all other areas;
• Disinfect facility once each shift (e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts) and continue disinfection processes as needed;
• Maintain cleaning inventory, organizing inventory, tracking inventory, facilitating re-ordering of inventory prior to current inventory becoming exhausted;
• Maintain outdoor grounds, pick up garbage that may have blown onto the grounds from surrounding areas, pull weeds;
• Remove any errant debris that may have accumulated on the grounds;
• Empty trash bins, breakdown boxes and place in recycling;
• Work directly with vendors who are responsible for laundering of facility linens and patient clothing, to include putting cleaned items away and putting soiled items in the correct bins for collection;
• Assist medical staff with accidents in the patient area (e.g. patient areas that are soiled, etc.);
• Ensure proper use of chemicals used for disinfecting and cleaning;
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED
