VisionIT is looking for an Operations Superintendent in Chicago, IL. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced global enterprise environment and will require the Operations Superintendent to be onsite. The ideal Operations Superintendent must have 3 years applied supervisory experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment, preferably automotive suppliers is highly desirable or equivalent. MUST HAVE ATLEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE JIT, SEQUENCING, ASSEMBLY AND/ OR MANUFACTURING!

Basic Education, Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor degree in a manufacturing or management discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in automotive/ JIT/ sequencing assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Possess excellent leadership abilities, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
