We are currently hiring for the position of Operations Professional; a critical position in maintaining the level of quality our clients have grown to know when visiting Poole's.
The Operations Professional is a position held primarily back of house but offers a tremendous amount of flexibility in day-to-day duties. Each and every employee at Poole's is trained in jewelry sales, evaluating jewelry for repair as well as operating our POS system. The Operations Professional must have strong communication and problem-solving skills and work effectively with sales professionals, management, our business affiliates and clients.
Duties include order fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, and ensuring merchandise is received per order specifications. The Operations Specialist works closely with our in-house Goldsmith, processing jewelry repairs in our POS system and checking each repaired item for quality assurance. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with the ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy.
