- Customer Outreach
- Special order appointment setting, outbound sms and/or calling
- Cash & Inventory Management
- Inventory receiving, RMA, Inventory counts, Device Trade In management and shipping, Inventory transfers, Cash deposits
- Store Cleanliness & Functionality
- Demo Phone & Accessory Merchandising Standard maintenance
