We are seeking an
Operations Manager/Windows Administrator with Infrastructure Support experience with detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance. The person should be ready to work in both production and non-production environments in admin-level support.

- 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
- 5+ years of Infrastructure Support in Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Windows Deployment Services
- Designs, Configures, Installs, Monitors, and Supports Windows Server 2012 and later versions.
- Experience with in-field upgrades of end-of-life platforms and applications.
- Experience with Microsoft 2019 remote desktop server farm
- Should be well versed in the application and environment support on both front end and back end.
- Must be able to assess installed Windows Server systems' stability, security, and scalability.
- Hands-on required in Windows Servers administration, including application installation and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience in incident troubleshooting, analysis, and resolutions for web or application integration issues in Windows environments.
- Experienced in log analysis and server troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and experience required in ITIL process (release, change, and incident) and severity rules. Should manage SLAs.
- Should exhibit a proactive attitude to take responsibility for the environment and server connectivity along with multi-tasking skills in handling incidents and change requests.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server - 2012 and up
- Automation and scripting of administrative tasks and procedures
- Experience managing and leading a team using technology effectively
