This is an ‘Vision Builder & Team Manager’ position

YOUR CORE MISSION:
BUILD THE FOUNDER’S BLUEPRINTS/VISION

• Create & manage systems for success.
• Recruit & train achievers to run the systems.
• Maintain morale, stability, unity, focus, & drive.
• Manage task ‘Load Balancing’ among the team.
• Track & report on key performance metrics.
• Build, and maintain internal Wiki (Q&A database.)

REQUIRED: 3 Years' prior Operations experience.
REQUIRED: A personal drive to succeed

This is an on-site, full-time (40 hours weekly) position in our Bellevue headquarters, with traditional 8a-5p business hours (on non-event days,) and flexibility to adjust for events.

We are RESULTS focused, not ‘clock hours’ focused.
We believe in working hard & flexible, but NOT BURNING OUT!

Although you will ‘own’ certain baseline tasks, responsibilities, and results, everyone cross-trains to cover for anybody else when it’s useful. Qualifications

• (required) *Freaky* Attention to Detail, Hustle, & Ambition
• (required) 3+ years in business administration, with operations experience.
• (required) bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration.
• (required) Google Apps, Calendar, Sheets, & Docs
• (required) Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
